Return Policy

Product Returns

Novo Pharm LLC operates in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection." According to Article 15 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," you can return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, under the following conditions:

A) If the purchased product is defective (factory defect)

Return Procedure:

  1. The buyer can declare their intention to return the product by contacting the hotline at *3103.
  2. Following the operator's instructions, the buyer approaches the "Aloe+" sales point where the product was purchased and informs the seller (pharmacist) of their intention.
  3. The inspection of the product(s) is carried out by the seller (pharmacist). If the factory defect is confirmed on the spot, the product will be replaced with a new one or the amount will be refunded.
  4. The buyer will be fully reimbursed for products returned due to factory defects that were not damaged by the buyer.
  5. The amount for the returned product will be refunded using the same payment method used by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  6. To return the product, the buyer must present the receipt (official financial documents and invoices confirming the purchase) to the seller (pharmacist).

B) At the buyer's personal request

In the following cases, the amount will be refunded:

  1. The product is unused and in its original condition.
  2. The product’s original packaging, labels, and markings are intact.
  3. It is not a cosmetic or perfumery product.
  4. Less than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  5. The product is complete with all accessories.
  6. The financial documents and invoices are intact.
  7. The product is undamaged and in usable condition.

Return Procedure:

  1. The buyer can declare their intention to return the product by contacting the hotline at *3103.
  2. Following the operator's instructions, the buyer approaches the "Aloe+" sales point where the product was purchased and informs the seller (pharmacist) of their intention.
  3. The inspection of the product(s) is carried out by the seller (pharmacist). If the conditions mentioned above are confirmed on the spot, the product will be returned, and the buyer will be fully reimbursed.
  4. The amount for the returned product will be refunded using the same payment method used by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  5. To return the product, the buyer must present the receipt (official financial documents and invoices confirming the purchase) to the seller (pharmacist).
