Return Policy

Product Returns

LLC "Novo Pharm" operates in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection." According to Article 15 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," you can return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, under the following conditions:

 

A) If the purchased product has a defect (manufacturing defect)

Return Procedure:

  • The buyer can express their intention to return the product by contacting the hotline at *3103.
  • Following the operator's instructions, the buyer visits the "Aloe+" sales point where the product was purchased and informs the seller (pharmacist) of their intention.
  • The seller (pharmacist) inspects the product. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed on-site, the product will be replaced with a new one, or the customer will receive a refund.
  • The buyer will be fully reimbursed for the cost of goods returned due to manufacturing defects that were not damaged by the buyer.
  • The amount for the returned product will be refunded in the same payment method used by the buyer during the purchase.
  • To return the product, the buyer must present a receipt (official financial documents and invoices confirming the purchase) to the seller (pharmacist).

 

B) At the buyer's personal request

The following conditions must be met for a refund:

  • The product has not been used and is in its original condition.
  • The original packaging, labels, and markings of the product are intact.
  • It is not a cosmetic or perfume product.
  • Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
  • The product is complete with all accessories.
  • Financial documents and invoices are intact.
  • The product is undamaged and suitable for use.

 

Return Procedure:

  • The seller (pharmacist) inspects the product. If the aforementioned conditions are confirmed on-site, the product will be returned, and the buyer will be fully reimbursed for the cost.
  • The amount for the returned product will be refunded in the same payment method used by the buyer during the purchase.
